There is no product on the market that would eliminate the symptoms of a hangover. In the best case some pills can ease a hangover.

Forget about hangover pills if you are binge drinker. They can be effective (more or less) only when you drink with moderation.

There are some reasons why does not exists a real hangover cure pill.

One of the reasons is a fear that people will drink more because they think they won't get a hangover after taking pills. Another reason is related to the expensiveness of getting a patent.

A majority of the pills are simple combination of vitamins and minerals (usually vitamin C, vitamin B, thiamine, calcium and potassium) - ingredients that are found in common foods.

So I think it is better to take organic hangover prevention pills containing activated carbon or calcium carbonate (like HangoverStopper or Chaser) which at least absorbs toxins (congeners).

As for hangover cure pills it seems would be better to rely on home remedies.
