1. Before you go to bed after a night of heavy drinking, drink as much water as you can. Drinking a large amount of water or a rehydration drink prior to sleep will mitigate hangover symptoms.
2. Pain relievers taken just before going to bed can relieve a headache. Beware of Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Ibuprofen, Aspirin - they can cause stomach irritation and damage your liver.
3. Taurine taken after alcohol consumption can help to minimise liver damage (prevent fat build-up in the liver).
4. Take multi B vitamin.
